Steph has been interested in fitness most of her life, competing in sports throughout high school and as a runner for years after. Participating in the “Bigger Faster Stronger” program during high school made her fall in love with weight lifting. After the school sports ended, Steph tried different gyms, fitness classes, at home workouts, but never stuck to any of them. Stephanie was introduced to CrossFit in 2012 and was immediately hooked. She became stronger, faster, fitter then she had ever been and became apart of a community that drove her to be better everyday.
She has since competed in individual and team CrossFit competitions, Olympic weight lifting meet, and countless road races. She loves teaching the Fundamentals of CrossFit and seeing the progress of the athletes. Steph has received her Level 1 Certification, is currently pursuing her ISSA Certification, and has plans to continue expanding her knowledge in upcoming courses.
