Steve known to many as TSBS began running in 2011 with the intent to get healthier. He started doing CrossFit to complement his running goals. After seeing how CrossFit made him a stronger and faster runner he started focusing on endurance training. In 2014 he raced in his first obstacle course race and now competes in them regularly. Through CrossFit he is able to help people become healthier and reach their goals. Steve enjoys being able to guide athletes through struggles and help them overcome obstacles. He continues to research the world of endurance training, running, and even biohacking and always jumps at the chance to try new things.
